My name is Tariq Aziz. I have a graduate degree in economics from the International University of Japan and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the American University of Afghanistan. I have worked in different positions with donor-funded organizations on investment facilitation and enabling business environments in Afghanistan. I’ve worked for USAID projects focused on investment in the mining sector and export-oriented business in Afghanistan. I have also worked for the Department of International Development of the United Kingdom, helped fund projects on enabling Afghanistan’s business environment, and improved business in Afghanistan by doing policy-level interventions.
